Saw these buds...
on a tree near this drainage area from Lake Loveland.
We also walked past the old school admin building (before that, the hospital) which has been renovated into Sr housing. This picture shows the front of the building.
And this is a view of the back. It looks very nice. A parking garage, just outside the picture to the left, is still under construction. The windows are west facing.
Western view, this picture was taken about a block further south, but it is roughly the view from the new Sr housing.
